Strategic input into drug development

The development of a new active ingredient is a very complex, costly, and risky task. Several candidates with promising results in first animal tests fail during development independent of the efforts of the company responsible.

It is of utmost importance to have a good and clear strategy in place to move from preclinical to clinical development in a very short time frame while keeping focussed on the target indication, utilising the human capital in the best way possible, and controlling costs.

We develop jointly with our customers

  • strategic plans for the development of new compounds
  • line extensions
  • new indications

We take into consideration the necessity of early and targeted authority contact and input in Europe and the United States. By doing so we avoid shortcuts where they are dangerous or do not pay off and define and find sensible alternatives to the current paradigms of drug development allowing our customers to develop drugs:

  • faster
  • cheaper
  • with less risk
  • with the right authority input at the right time
